- 1/2 cup of walnuts - pan roast in a dry pan and then break apart
- The juice of one whole lime
- 1 Tbsp salted plum vinegar (umeboshi)*
- 2 Tbsp brown rice vinegar*
- 1 Tbsp light colored miso* diluted in water
- Stir together and let set 15 minutes. Use on fish or seitan*.
